You can book a car online via our website, mobile app, or by contacting our customer service team. We also accept walk-ins at our rental locations, but we recommend booking in advance for availability.

The minimum age is 21 years, and drivers under 25 may incur a young driver surcharge. There is no maximum age, but all drivers must hold a valid license for at least one year.
Yes, a security deposit is required, which can be paid via credit card. The deposit is held for the duration of the rental and will be refunded within 21-30 days, depending on the payment provider. However, we have also deposit free option with little charges.
Vehicle Policies & Usage
Cars are provided with a full tank of fuel or whatever and should be returned with the same. If returned with less fuel, refueling charges will apply. Alternatively, you can opt for a prepaid fuel plan.
Yes, most rentals come with a standard mileage limit . Exceeding the limit will result in additional charges based on a per-kilometer rate.
Yes, but additional drivers must be registered at the time of rental and provide their valid driving license. An extra charge may apply for each additional driver.
Rental vehicles may only be driven within the UAE. Driving outside of the country (e.g., to Oman) is prohibited unless prior approval is obtained and additional insurance is purchased.
Any traffic fines incurred during the rental period are the renter’s responsibility. Fines will be billed to your account, including a service fee, and can be deducted from the deposit or charged separately.
Pricing & Payments
The rental price typically includes the car, basic insurance (CDW - Collision Damage Waiver), and a standard mileage limit. Additional services like GPS, baby seats, and additional drivers may incur extra charges.
Yes, there may be additional fees for fuel, tolls (Salik), excess mileage, late returns, and extra services such as GPS or additional drivers.
We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), debit cards (subject to approval), and, in some cases, cash. A valid credit card is required for the security deposit.
Yes, we offer discounted rates for long-term rentals (weekly or monthly) and seasonal promotions. Please contact us for specific offers and corporate discounts.
The deposit will be refunded within 14-30 days after the rental period ends, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Insurance & Coverage
Yes, basic insurance (Collision Damage Waiver) is included, covering most damage costs, excluding excess charges for accidents or damage not covered under the policy.
The basic insurance covers damage to the rental vehicle in case of an accident. It does not cover damage to tires, glass, or interior, and third-party claims may require additional coverage.
Optional insurance upgrades such as Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW) or Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) are available for extra protection. These cover damages not included in basic insurance, like theft or damage to personal belongings.
In case of an accident, contact the police immediately by dialing 999. A police report is mandatory to file an insurance claim. Please also inform our customer service as soon as possible.
Yes, basic roadside assistance is included for mechanical issues or breakdowns. Additional services like towing or replacement vehicles may be charged separately.
